OVERVIEW
This 1968 Chevrolet C10 short-bed pickup was restored approximately 10 years ago under previous ownership and sends power from a 454ci V8 through a TH400 three-speed automatic transmission to the rear 15-inch wheels. Features include Dakota Digital gauges, an AM/FM radio, power steering, power front disc brakes, Belltech shocks, and an aftermarket tonneau cover. Finished in Flame Red over a black vinyl interior, this C10 is available now and comes with a clear Georgia title in the seller's name.
EXTERIOR – FEATURES
The Flame Red exterior features chrome bumpers, bright trim, dual side mirrors, black lower-body accents, a sliding rear window, a black tonneau cover, and a black tailgate trim panel.
EXTERIOR - WHEELS AND TIRES
This short-bed C10 sits on 15-inch Chevrolet truck Rally wheels wrapped in 235/70 front and 275/60 rear BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires.
INTERIOR – FEATURES
The cabin comes equipped with a black vinyl bench seat, pleated black vinyl door panels, an AM/FM radio, vent windows, manual window cranks, and lap belts.
INTERIOR - GAUGES
Behind the later-model four-spoke steering wheel is a full set of Dakota Digital gauges that includes a 160-mph speedometer, an analog clock, and readouts for other vehicle systems. The odometer shows 50,504 miles, but the true mileage on this truck is unknown.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
Under the hood is a 454ci big-block V8 with a 650-cfm Holley carburetor, chrome valve covers, and blue spark plug wires. A TH400 three-speed automatic transmission delivers the engine’s output to the road through a rebuilt rear differential with 3.73:1 gearing. The seller states the battery was recently replaced.
UNDERCARRIAGE
According to the seller, this truck is equipped with new Belltech shocks and the drivetrain was rebuilt under previous ownership. Steering is power-assisted. Braking is performed by power front discs and rear drums.
