OVERVIEW
This restored 1952 Chevrolet 3100 is powered by a Vortec 5.3-liter V8 engine backed by a 4L60E four-speed automatic transmission. Features include an updated climate control system, power front disc brakes, a modern stereo, a tilt steering column, a relocated fuel tank, and a wood bed floor. Finished in metallic blue over a black vinyl interior, this 3100 five-window pickup is available now and comes from the selling dealer with restoration receipts and a clear title.
EXTERIOR – FEATURES
The exterior was refinished in metallic blue under prior ownership. Features include chrome bumpers, a chrome grille, a hood ornament, dual rearview mirrors, a split windshield, a shaved cab fuel filler, black running boards, a short stepside bed with a wood floor, a relocated fuel tank, hidden tailgate latches, and custom LED taillights.
EXTERIOR - WHEELS AND TIRES
A set of 15-inch American Racing wheels is wrapped in 235/70/R15 front and 275/60/R15 rear Grand Prix radial tires.
INTERIOR – FEATURES
The TMI Products bench seat is upholstered in black vinyl. Features include black vinyl door panels with manual windows, a tilt steering column, a column-mounted shifter, and a black three-spoke billet steering wheel with a black grip. Additional features include Vintage Air climate controls, manual steering, power brakes, and a RetroSound digital stereo.
INTERIOR – GAUGES
A set of Dakota Digital analog gauges that includes a 160-mph speedometer, an 8K-rpm tachometer, and readouts for the fuel level, voltage, temperature, and oil pressure is located ahead of the driver. The digital odometer reads 7,015 miles, which reflects the number of miles logged since the restoration was completed. The true mileage on this vehicle is unknown.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
Power is provided by a Vortec 5.3-liter V8 engine and backed by a 4L60E four-speed automatic transmission. @GeorgeG – Wow, I only ask because it clearly states in the description "Manual Steering" I took that as a disclaimer as I doubt anyone would want to promote that. Also, will the Windshield wipers function? And I'm assuming the truck is fueled through the hole in the bed, be nice to see that up close. Finally, do you have the original tail light brackets?
