OVERVIEW

This 1970 Chevrolet Camaro is powered by a 6.0-liter LS V8 engine backed by a three-speed automatic transmission with a 3K-rpm stall converter. EXTERIOR – FEATURES

INTERIOR – FEATURES

The newer interior is furnished with black vinyl front racing bucket seats and a black vinyl rear bench seat. Features include power steering and brakes, a floor-mounted automatic shifter, manual windows, and a JVC AM/FM digital stereo. The heater assembly and the wipers have been removed.

INTERIOR – GAUGES

The set of Dakota Digital analog gauges located ahead of the driver includes a 160-mph speedometer, an 8K-rpm tachometer, and readouts for the fuel level, coolant temperature, oil pressure, and voltage. The true mileage on this vehicle is unknown.

ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION

Power is provided by a 6.0-liter LS V8 engine and backed by a three-speed automatic transmission with a 3K-rpm stall converter. Engine bay features include an aftermarket wiring harness, an aftermarket air intake plenum, a smooth firewall with a heater and wiper motor delete, long tube exhaust headers, and a Wilwood brake master cylinder. New parts include the water pump, alternator, electric fan, radiator, spark plugs, and spark plug wires.

UNDERCARRIAGE

This Camaro is equipped with an independent front suspension and a solid rear drive axle with Positraction, 3.55:1 gears, and a Moser Engineering differential cover. Chris Alston's Chassisworks rear subframe connectors have been installed. Braking is provided by power four-wheel Wilwood disc brakes. A dual exhaust system exits at the rear.
