OVERVIEW
This 1957 GMC K10 is powered by a 427ci V8 engine backed by a four-speed automatic transmission with a dual range transfer case. EXTERIOR – FEATURES
The exterior is finished in red and features chrome bumpers and chrome grille. Additional features include dual chrome rearview mirrors, a short bed step side pickup box, a wood bed floor with stainless steel strips, and hidden tailgate latches.
EXTERIOR - WHEELS AND TIRES
A set of eight-hole aluminum wheels, with manual locking front hubs, is wrapped in Toyo A/T Open Country radial tires.
INTERIOR – FEATURES
The custom Sparco bucket seats are upholstered in black vinyl. Features include power steering and brakes, manual windows, a tilt steering column with an automatic shifter, a floor-mounted transfer case shifter, a three-spoke steering wheel with a wood rim, and red finished metal surfaces.
INTERIOR – GAUGES
A 120-mph speedometer, a 7K-rpm tachometer, a clock, and gauges for the fuel level, oil pressure, coolant temperature, and voltage are located ahead of the driver. The odometer reads 2,910 miles which the selling dealer reports to be accurate.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
Power is provided by a 427ci V8 engine backed by a four-speed automatic transmission with a dual range transfer case. Engine bay features include chrome valve covers, an aluminum intake, a four-barrel carburetor, a K&N air filter, and a black firewall with a treadplate panel.
UNDERCARRIAGE
This GMC is equipped with a solid front axle and a solid rear drive axle with part-time four-wheel drive. A six-inch suspension lift has been installed.
