OVERVIEW
This 1964 Chrysler Imperial Crown Coupe receives power from a 413ci V8 mated to a TorqueFlite push-button three-speed automatic transmission. Equipment includes power windows, power front seats, power brakes, power steering, air conditioning, whitewall tires, and a radio. Finished in white over a beige vinyl and tan cloth interior, this Chrysler is now offered with a service manual and a clear Texas title.
EXTERIOR – FEATURES
The rust-free body was reportedly repainted in its original shade of white. Exterior features include quad headlights, chrome brightwork, a split grille layout, dual side mirrors, a continental kit-style rear end, and a dual exhaust system. The seller notes that the power antenna does not work.
EXTERIOR – WHEELS AND TIRES
Steel 15-inch wheels with hub caps are wrapped in older whitewall tires.
INTERIOR – FEATURES
The interior is fitted with a power-adjustable beige vinyl and tan cloth split-bench seat up front, a complementary bench in the rear, and darker tan materials for the door panels and carpeting. The dash is accented with bright trim, Cabin features include power windows, a heater, air conditioning that reportedly blows cold, and a spare tire in the carpeted trunk. The dash-mounted push-button radio is accompanied by a newer AM/FM/cassette radio mounted within an aftermarket wooden floor console.
INTERIOR – GAUGES
Instrumentation includes a sweeping 120-mph speedometer and gauges for the fuel level, coolant temperature, oil pressure, and voltage. The five-digit mechanical odometer reads 80,254 miles, which the seller reports to be accurate.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
The 413ci V8 transfers power to the rear wheels via a TorqueFlite push-button three-speed automatic transmission.
