OVERVIEW
This 1985 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am WS6 is powered by a 305ci V8 engine with a Tuned Port fuel injection system backed by a four-speed automatic transmission. Power features include steering, four-wheel disc brakes, windows, locks, mirrors and the driver's seat. Features include the WS6 suspension option, 16-inch Hi-Tech Turbo cast aluminum wheels with new Yokohama Ascend LX radial tires, bucket seats, a tilt steering column, air conditioning, and a center console. Finished in red with gray cloth interior, this rust-free 1985 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am WS6 is available now and comes with a clean CARFAX Report and a clear title.
EXTERIOR – FEATURES
The exterior is reportedly wearing the original factory applied finish of red with a silver lower two-tone without any sign of repairs or paint work. Features include color keyed bumpers, working pop-up headlights, color keyed power mirror caps, black side impact moldings, original silver accent stripes, a rear hatch with heated glass, and a rear spoiler. A set of 16-inch Hi-Tech Turbo cast aluminum wheels are wrapped in new 225/60/R16 Yokohama Ascend LX radial tires.
INTERIOR – FEATURES
The front bucket seats and the rear seats are upholstered in light gray cloth with medium gray cloth inserts. Power features include 12.7:1 quick ratio steering, four-wheel disc brakes, windows, locks, mirrors and the driver's seat. Features include a center console with a storage compartment and shifter, air conditioning, and upgraded AM/FM stereo with a removable faceplate, and a tilt steering column.
INTERIOR – GAUGES
This Trans Am was originally equipped with an 85-mph speedometer, a 7k-rpm tachometer and gauges for the fuel level, oil pressure, coolant temperature, and voltage that are located ahead of the driver.
With 200 miles added during ownership, odometer reads 76,308 miles which the seller reports to be accurate. The last mileage of 76,307 on the CARFAX report was logged on August 5, 2021.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
Power is provided by a 305ci V8 engine with a Tuned Port fuel injection system backed by a four-speed automatic transmission. All underhood components are original and unmodified. The seller states that all fluids, except for the brake fluid, were recently replaced.
UNDERCARRIAGE
This Trans Am was factory-equipped with an independent front suspension and a solid rear axle with a WS6 option and a G-92 3.27:1 gear ratio.
