The body-color engine bay's features include a chrome shock tower support bar, yellow valve covers, a yellow air cleaner lid, an aluminum intake manifold, a chrome Monte Carlo bar, an MSD ignition system, and an aluminum radiator. Six months ago, new spark plug wires and heat-resistant spark plug wire boots were installed, the oil was changed, a lubrication service was completed, and the electric choke was repaired.

UNDERCARRIAGE

This Mustang is equipped with an independent front suspension and a solid rear drive axle with a limited-slip differential and 3.90:1 gears. Frame stiffeners have been installed. Braking is provided by power four-wheel discs. The body-color underbody has tubular traction bars and coil-over shocks.
