347-POWERED 1966 FORD BRONCO

OVERVIEW

This 1966 Ford Bronco 4X4 restomod was overhauled by Vintage Broncos of Buford, Georgia in 2020 and is powered by a fuel-injected 347cid stroker V8 coupled with a 4R70W four-speed automatic transmission and a twin-stick, dual-range transfer case. Equipment includes a newer body, power disc brakes, power steering, air conditioning, a 1.5-inch suspension lift, and 33-inch BFGoodrich tires on Moto Metal wheels. Finished in Grabber Blue over a saddle leather interior and equipped with a black removable soft top, this first-generation Bronco comes from the selling dealer with build receipts and a clear title.

EXTERIOR – FEATURES

The frame-off restoration at Vintage Broncos involved a new body being coated in Grabber Blue. Exterior features a color-matched grille, fender flares, AMP Research power-retractable running boards, a swing-away full-size spare tire, and black finishes for the bumpers, headlight rings, handles, badging, and mirror caps.

EXTERIOR – WHEELS AND TIRES

Gloss black Moto Metal 18" X 10" aluminum wheels are wrapped in 33" X 12.50" BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2 tires.

INTERIOR – FEATURES

The cabin is furnished with heated diamond-stitched saddle leather bucket seats up front, a bench in the rear, and color-matched materials on the door cards, center armrest, and dash pad. Amenities include a wood steering wheel, a center console, a body-color tubular roll bar, air conditioning, power steering, a Pioneer Bluetooth stereo with Kicker speakers, tinted power windows, a backup camera, embroidered floor mats, and LED under-dash lighting.

INTERIOR – GAUGES

Instrumentation consists of a central 100-mph speedometer surrounded by gauges for the fuel level, coolant temperature, oil pressure, and voltage. The five-digit mechanical odometer reads 1,362 miles.

ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION

The fuel-injected 347cid stroker V8 produces an estimated 410-450 horsepower, according to the selling dealer. Ceramic-coated stainless steel headers and a dual exhaust system have been installed. Power is delivered to all four wheels via a column-shifted 4R70W four-speed automatic transmission and a twin-stick, dual-range transfer case.

UNDERCARRIAGE

Stopping ability is provided by Wilwood power disc brakes. The body has been lifted by one inch; the suspension has been lifted by 1.5 inches. Handling is aided by James Duff shock absorbers.
