@TommyFro – How old are the tires, would they be good for a few years or need to be replaced? Are the wood panels held in place securely? Also it looks like both the high and low speed fan buttons are pushed in, do these operate correctly? ...
I don't have the age of the tires, however I would say that they conservatively have 80%-90% tread remaining. The wood panels are definitely secure. I'm not sure why the buttons would both be pressed in the pictures other than sometimes when we are taking pics or trying to get familiar with the car and push alot of buttons and push/pull knobs to see how they work, etc. But yes, the AC operates correctly.

The dash is in great shape and has no cracks. Unfortunately, I couldn't locate any service records for this vehicle.
