OVERVIEW
This 1972 Chevrolet C10 Stepside pickup is powered by a new 350cid V8 crate engine backed by a freshly rebuilt three-speed automatic transmission. Features include a new AM/FM/Bluetooth stereo, a sliding rear window, power steering, and power front disc brakes. Finished in metallic blue over a black vinyl and cloth interior, this C10 comes with a clear title in the seller's name.
EXTERIOR – FEATURES
Under previous ownership, the exterior was refinished in metallic blue. Features include chrome bumpers, a chrome grille, a cowl-mounted antenna, dual mirrors, a sliding rear window, and a short Stepside pickup box.
EXTERIOR - WHEELS AND TIRES
A set of custom aluminum 15” X 8.5” wheels is wrapped in P275/15 Cooper Cobra Radial G/T tires.
INTERIOR – FEATURES
The reupholstered bench is covered in black vinyl and cloth. Features include power steering, manual windows, a new AM/FM/Bluetooth stereo, a column-mounted automatic transmission shifter, body-color trim, black door panels, a black dashboard top pad, and a later-model four-spoke Chevrolet steering wheel.
INTERIOR – GAUGES
A 100-mph speedometer, a 5,000-rpm tachometer, and gauges for the fuel level, battery, coolant temperature, and oil pressure are located ahead of the driver. The odometer reads 34,503 miles, but the true mileage on this vehicle is unknown.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
Power is provided by a new 350cid V8 crate engine and backed by a newly rebuilt three-speed automatic transmission. Engine bay features include aluminum heads, chrome valve covers, an aluminum intake manifold, a four-barrel carburetor, a chrome air cleaner, tube exhaust headers, and an aluminum radiator. The seller states that all associated fluids were replaced during the engine installation and the transmission rebuild.
UNDERCARRIAGE
This C-10 was factory-equipped with an independent front suspension and a solid rear drive axle. Braking is provided by power front discs and rear drums. A dual exhaust system exits at the rear. The seller states that a new driveshaft and new parking brake cables and related components have been installed.
