OVERVIEW
This 1969 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray coupe is powered by a rebuilt L46 350cid V8 backed by a four-speed manual transmission, both of which are reportedly original to the car. Features include upgraded Borgeson power steering, power brakes, removable roof panels, air conditioning, an AM/FM stereo, a new clutch, and a rebuilt rear differential. Finished in Monza Red over a red leather interior, this C3 Corvette comes with a clear title in the seller's name.
EXTERIOR – FEATURES
The fiberglass exterior has been repaired by a Corvette specialty facility, which fixed a crack in the bodywork, and repainted Monza Red. Features include chrome bumpers, pop-up headlights, a vacuum-operated windshield wiper cover, color-keyed removable roof panels, a driver-side mirror, and a rear antenna. The seller states that there is a small scratch near the driver's door handle and notes the presence of a small spider crack in the paint near the antenna.
EXTERIOR - WHEELS AND TIRES
A set of 15” x 8” Corvette Rally wheels is wrapped in BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires that have accrued fewer than 5,000 miles.
INTERIOR – FEATURES
The bucket seats are upholstered in red leather. Features include air conditioning, manual windows, Borgeson power steering, a center console-mounted manual transmission shifter, an AM/FM stereo, and red trim. The seller recommends recharging the air conditioning system.
INTERIOR – GAUGES
A 160-mph speedometer, 7,000-rpm tachometer, clock, and gauges for the fuel level, voltage, oil pressure, and coolant temperature are located ahead of the driver. With 5,000 miles added during current ownership, the odometer reads 69,600 miles, but the true mileage on this vehicle is unknown.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
Power is provided by reportedly original, rebuilt L46 350cid V8 and backed by the reportedly original four-speed manual transmission. Engine bay features include finned aluminum valve covers, an aluminum intake manifold, a chrome air cleaner, and a chrome distributor cover. A new clutch and flywheel have been installed. The seller states that regular maintenance has been performed during ownership. An oil change was completed within the last 1,000 miles and the spark plugs were replaced within the last year.
UNDERCARRIAGE
This Corvette is equipped with a four-wheel independent suspension, a rear drive axle with a rebuilt differential, and rebuilt rear trailing arms. Braking is provided by power four-wheel discs and newer calipers. A dual exhaust system exits at the rear.

I was told when I bought it that the motor had just been rebuilt. It starts and runs very well. Doesn't burn any oil. All stock except the following: Edelbrock Performer manifold, Holley spreadbore carburetor, aluminum water pump, pertronix electronic ignition and coil, Borgeson power steering. All accessories work except the clock and fiber optic consol lighting. It does not have power windows. I think the gears are 3.77. Car has been repainted in its original color. Paint code 974. Brakes are good. A/C needs to be recharged. Window regulators are a little stiff, clock and fiber optics need to be repaired. Paint has a couple of very small scratches. Overall this is a really nice driver with very nice paint. It gets attention and compliments wherever I take it.
