The article description was a typo. As mentioned in the reply comment section, it is a factory system. Yes it is a functional set-up. No it's not a brand new aftermarket system that is freezing cold, but is a functional A/C system and compressor engages as it should to cool.

The A/C is a factory system and blows cool through the vents. It's not an aftermarket system or a strong fan speed, but is a functional system. Just not a comparable to modern vehicles on the market.
