OVERVIEW
This imported 1985 Land Rover Defender 90 4x4 sport utility vehicle is currently road-legal in New York. It is powered by a diesel 2.5-liter inline-six mated to a five-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case. Equipment includes a color-matched removable hardtop, Michelin tires, a swing-away spare tire, a new wiring harness, and power brakes. Finished in white over a black vinyl interior with new front seats, this Land Rover is now offered with a clean CARFAX report and a clear title in the seller’s name.
EXTERIOR – FEATURES
The white exterior features black fender flares, a color-keyed removable hardtop with sliding side windows, side mirrors, and a rear-mounted spare tire on a swing-away mount. The body has some blemishes, including dents and chipping paint on the front end.

Body-color steel 16-inch wheels are wrapped in 7.50R16 Michelin tires.
INTERIOR – FEATURES

ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION

Power is sent to all four wheels via a floor-shifted five-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case.
UNDERCARRIAGE
New front passenger-side wheel bearings and rear A-frame ball joints have been installed. In addition, a rear crossmember has been repaired.

Honestly I've used it locally around me , going to the beach, and shops. I've never driven on the highway wiTh it. But I've driven it to about 55 On straight, flat roads with no issues !
