A 120-mph speedometer, an 8,000-rpm tachometer, and gauges for the fuel level, oil pressure, alternator, and coolant temperature are located ahead of the driver. The odometer reads 99,211 miles, which the selling dealer reports to be accurate.

ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION

Power is provided by a reportedly numbers-matching Q-code 351cid V8 and backed by a three-speed automatic transmission. Engine bay features include tubular headers, chrome valve covers, and a blue air cleaner assembly with a chrome lid. A safety inspection was recently completed.

UNDERCARRIAGE

This Mustang was factory-equipped with an independent front suspension and a solid rear drive axle. Braking is provided by power front discs and rear drums. Dual exhaust outlets exit at the rear.
