A set of 15-inch aluminum American Racing wheels is wrapped in Firestone Destination radial tires.

INTERIOR – FEATURES

The front and rear seats were reupholstered in multi-color patterned cloth in December 2022. Features include black door panels with manual windows, power steering, a GMC steering wheel, an Alpine AM/FM/CD stereo, floor-mounted manual transmission and transfer case shifters, a white vinyl padded dashboard, and a new headliner.

INTERIOR – GAUGES

The gauge panel and dashboard assembly were sourced from a 1986 Chevrolet S-10 and custom-fitted to this Jeep. An 85-mph speedometer, an 8,000-rpm tachometer, and gauges for the fuel level, oil pressure, coolant temperature, and voltage are located ahead of the driver. The odometer reads 86,000 miles, but the true mileage on this vehicle is unknown.

ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION

Power is provided by a 1.8-liter inline four-cylinder engine and backed by a five-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case. The seller states that the engine oil and filter were changed every spring during their ownership.

UNDERCARRIAGE

A custom-shortened 1986 S-10 frame has been installed in place of the original. Features include an independent front suspension, a solid rear drive axle, and part-time four-wheel drive. Braking is power-assisted. A single exhaust system exits at the rear. The seller states that new front suspension half shafts were installed within the past three years.
