OVERVIEW
This 1957 Ford Thunderbird is powered by a replacement 312cid V8 backed by a replacement three-speed manual transmission. Features include manual steering and brakes, a digital AM/FM stereo, rear wheel skirts, and rear bumper-exit exhaust outlets. Finished in Inca Gold and equipped with a black hardtop over a reupholstered black and yellow vinyl interior, this Thunderbird comes from the selling dealer with an owner’s manual and a clear title.
EXTERIOR – FEATURES
The exterior has been refinished in the original color of Inca Gold (code Y). Features include chrome bumpers, a hood scoop, dual fresh-air cowl vents, a fender-mounted antenna, a black removable hardtop with port holes, rear wheel well skirts, and rear bumper-exit exhaust outlets. The selling dealer notes this car is not equipped with a soft top or a tonneau cover.
EXTERIOR - WHEELS AND TIRES
A set of black 14-inch steel wheels with full hub caps is wrapped in 205/75R14 Coker Classic whitewall radial tires.
INTERIOR – FEATURES
The bench seat has been reupholstered in black and yellow vinyl. Features include black door panels with manual windows, a floor-mounted automatic transmission shifter, a digital AM/FM stereo, and black trim.

A 140-mph speedometer, 5,000-rpm tachometer, clock, and gauges for the fuel level and coolant temperature are located ahead of the driver. ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
Power is provided by a 312cid V8 and backed by a three-speed automatic transmission. The selling dealer states that the owner’s manual has a February 2006 entry that shows the engine and transmission were replaced at 58,580 miles. Engine bay features include finned aluminum valve covers and a chrome air cleaner lid.
UNDERCARRIAGE
This Thunderbird was factory-equipped with an independent front suspension and a solid rear drive axle. Braking is provided by manual four-wheel drums.
