OVERVIEW

This restored 1969 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu is powered by a turbocharged rebuilt LS1 5.7-liter V8 backed by a 4L60E four-speed automatic transmission. Features include power steering, power front disc brakes, bucket seats, a center console, a Custom Autosound stereo, and Dakota Digital analog gauges. Finished in Lamborghini Arancio Borealis orange with black stripes over a gray and orange vinyl interior, this Chevelle comes with parts manuals and a clear title.

EXTERIOR – FEATURES

During the restoration completed in 2023, the body was refinished in Lamborghini Arancio Borealis with black accent stripes. Features include chrome bumpers, a black grille, a Super Sport hood, hood pins, dual mirrors, and rear body trim.

EXTERIOR - WHEELS AND TIRES

A set of new 18-inch front and 20-inch rear Revolution Racing 10-spoke aluminum wheels is wrapped in Continental ExtremeContact radial tires.

INTERIOR – FEATURES

The front bucket seats, rear seat, and door panels are upholstered in gray vinyl with orange accent stripes. Features include manual windows, power steering, a center console-mounted automatic transmission shifter, a Custom Autosound AM/FM stereo, a black dashboard, and black trim.

INTERIOR – GAUGES

A set of analog Dakota Digital gauges, which includes a 160-mph speedometer, an 8,000-rpm tachometer, and readouts for the fuel level, oil pressure, coolant temperature, and voltage, is located ahead of the driver. A blue LCD Dakota Digital boost gauge is mounted in the center of the instrument cluster. The odometer reads 55,000 miles, which the seller reports to be accurate.

ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION

Power is provided by a turbocharged rebuilt LS1 5.7-liter V8 and backed by a 4L60E four-speed automatic transmission. According to the seller, the engine has 75 miles on it and produces 750 horsepower on pump gas. New parts include the SwitchBlade turbo, Mishimoto intercooler, aluminum radiator with dual electric fans, alternator, battery, forged pistons, intake, racing fuel injectors, and Holley Terminator ECU.

UNDERCARRIAGE

This Chevelle is equipped with an independent front suspension and a solid rear drive axle with a 3.73:1 Positraction differential. Braking is provided by power front discs and rear drums. New Bilstein shocks and coil springs and a new fuel tank have been installed.
