1988 FORD F-350 XLT LARIAT CENTURION CLASSIC 350 4X4

OVERVIEW

This 1988 Ford F-350 XLT Lariat was converted by Centurion Vehicles, Inc. into a model called the Classic 350, which equips the one-ton truck with a third-row bench seat and a Bronco-style removable rear roof section. It is powered by a 460cid gas V8 backed by a four-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case. Features include roof clearance lights, air conditioning, woodgrain interior trim, power steering, and power brakes. Finished in Scarlet Red and Medium Silver Metallic and equipped with a Scarlet Red removable hardtop over a reupholstered gray and red cloth interior, this Centurion conversion comes from the selling dealer with a clean CARFAX report and a clear title.

EXTERIOR – FEATURES

The body has been refinished in the original factory colors of Scarlet Red and Medium Silver Metallic. Features include chrome bumpers, a gray grille with chrome trim, a cowl-mounted antenna, amber clearance lights, dual mirrors, side moldings, and a removable color-keyed hard top.

EXTERIOR - WHEELS AND TIRES

A set of new 16-inch aluminum wheels with manual locking front hubs is wrapped in new 255/75R16 Mudder Trucker Hang Over M/T radial tires.

INTERIOR – FEATURES

The front seats, the 80/20 center seat with a folding rear-entry seat, and the rear seat are upholstered in red and gray cloth. Features include power front door windows, manual second-row windows, refinished Centurion woodgrain inserts, power steering, air conditioning, and an AM/FM/cassette stereo.

INTERIOR – GAUGES

An 85-mph speedometer, a 6,000-rpm tachometer, and gauges for the fuel level, coolant temperature, battery, and oil pressure are located ahead of the driver. The odometer reads 115,740 miles, which the dealer reports to be accurate. The last reported mileage of 13,357 was logged on the CARFAX report in December 2011, the same month a mileage inconsistency was noted.

ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION

UNDERCARRIAGE

This Ford is equipped with a solid front axle, a solid rear drive axle, and part-time four-wheel drive. Braking is provided by power front discs and rear drums. A factory single exhaust system exits at the rear.
