1991 Ford F-150 4X4

OVERVIEW

This 1991 Ford F-150 4x4 pickup has been upgraded with a three-inch suspension lift, 33-inch all-terrain tires, a Flowmaster exhaust system, and new power front disc brakes. It receives power from a fuel-injected 5.0-liter V8 combined with a Jasper four-speed AOD automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case. Finished in two-tone burnt orange metallic and white over a gray vinyl and cloth interior, this F-150 is now offered by the selling dealer with a CARFAX report and a clear title.

EXTERIOR – FEATURES

The regular-cab short-bed body has been customized with a two-tone burnt orange metallic and white paint finish. Features include a chrome push bar with auxiliary lighting, stainless steel folding mirrors, a color-keyed windshield visor, chrome wheel arch moldings, Bully side steps, a sliding rear window, a spray-in bed liner, diamond plate aluminum bed rails, a hitch receiver, and a Flowmaster dual exhaust system.

EXTERIOR – WHEELS AND TIRES

Polished aluminum 15-inch wheels with chrome center caps are wrapped in 33" x 12.50" Prinx HiCountry all-terrain tires.

INTERIOR – FEATURES

The interior of the cab is fitted with a forward-folding gray vinyl and cloth bench seat, matched to the door panels, dash, headliner, and carpeting. The dash is bordered with woodgrain veneer. Additional features include power windows, power door locks, a Pioneer AM/FM/CD audio system, and a dome light.

INTERIOR – GAUGES

Instrumentation includes an 85-mph speedometer, a 6,000-rpm tachometer, and gauges for the fuel level, coolant temperature, oil pressure, and voltage. The five-digit mechanical odometer tracks mileage; the last recorded mileage entry on the CARFAX report was 65,497 miles in 2022. The true mileage on the chassis is unknown per the dealer.

ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION

The fuel-injected 5.0-liter Windsor V8 was rated at 185 horsepower and 270 lb-ft of torque when new. Power is sent to all four wheels via a newly installed Jasper AOD four-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case.

UNDERCARRIAGE

The three-inch-lifted suspension uses radius arms and coil springs in the front and leaf springs in the rear. Stopping power is provided by new power-assisted disc brakes up front and drums in the rear.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

The CARFAX report begins in 1990 and shows ownership in Tennessee through 2019 followed by New York and Pennsylvania. A report of very minor damage was logged in January 2019.
