This 1999 Chevrolet Camaro SS is a one-owner, garage-kept convertible powered by a 5.7-liter V8 paired with a 4-speed automatic transmission. It was originally sold in Casselberry, Florida in May 1999, and has received regular maintenance since. Custom features include a performance tuning chip, a Dynomax exhaust system, and an XM-enabled audio system. Finished in Dark Blue Metallic with a tan cloth retractable top over a tan leather interior, this Camaro SS is now offered with a CARFAX report and a clear Florida title in the seller’s name.
The body is finished in Dark Blue Metallic and has a tan cloth retractable top with a glass rear window. Aero treatment includes a ram-air hood, slim side-view mirrors, and an integrated rear spoiler with LED brake lamp, and a Dynomax Ultra Flo cat-back stainless-steel exhaust has been added. The passenger side door was replaced due to a 2005 accident and was professionally repainted and blended into adjacent panels at that time. The seller reports the existence of some small, wear-related blemishes in the paint.
17" American Racing SS 5-spoke chrome wheels with locking lug nuts are wrapped in 275/40 BF Goodrich G-Force KDWS Z-rated tires. Stance has been modified with a set of Eibach lowering springs, KYB gas adjustable struts up front, and Monroe gas shocks in the rear. Braking is handled by an anti-lock disc braking system with red-painted calipers and cross-drilled and slotted rotors, all added during a 2012 rebuild.
The interior is trimmed in tan leather, matching door panels and carpet, and a black dash with pad. The air conditioning system was recently serviced per the seller, and the stock audio system has been augmented with the addition of XM radio connectivity and the installation of a 12-disc CD changer. Amenities include professional window tint, power windows, power door locks, and cruise control.
Instrumentation includes a 150-mph speedometer, 7k odometer, and gauges for fuel level, coolant temperature, oil pressure, and voltage. The 6-digit mechanical odometer shows approximately 155k miles, which the seller asserts is accurate.
The LS1 5.7-liter V8 is original to the vehicle and was factory-rated at 365 horsepower when new, but the addition of a Superchips #2725 is estimated to add 20 horsepower to that number. An oil change and air conditioning system service was performed in December 2020, and the CARFAX report shows an extensive prior service history. Power is transferred to the rear wheels via a 4-speed automatic transmission and a rebuilt Torsen limited-slip differential with 3.23:1 gearing.

The CARFAX report shows a one-owner vehicle and the April 2005 accident involving the passenger side door. The sale includes a convertible boot and windscreen, service records, and documentation.

Any chance you have any pictures of the car damaged prior to repairs

sorry I didn't check your answer.

Hi. The description above says the door was “replaced” due to an accident in 2005. Can you confirm if the door was: 1. rebuilt, 2. replaced with a 1999 same design door or, 3. replaced with a 2005 or other year door?
Has the engine been overhauled? Any seal leaks? All lights work?etc.
