OVERVIEW
This 1965 Ford Mustang coupe is powered by a 289cid V8 mated to a four-speed manual transmission. It features a wood-rimmed steering wheel, a Pioneer audio system, and a custom dual exhaust setup. Finished in red over a black vinyl interior, this first-generation Mustang is now offered by the selling dealer with a clear title.
EXTERIOR – FEATURES
The red exterior features chrome brightwork, 289 badging, dual mirrors, black lower-body striping, and a custom dual exhaust system.
EXTERIOR – WHEELS AND TIRES
Aluminum Magnum 500-style five-spoke wheels with black pockets are wrapped in Petlas Velox Sport tires.
INTERIOR – FEATURES
The cabin is fitted with black vinyl low-back bucket seats up front, a bench in the rear, and matching door panels, dash, lap belts, and carpeting. Features include a wood-rimmed steering wheel, a Pioneer AM/FM/CD radio, manual-crank windows, and a heater.
INTERIOR – GAUGES
Instrumentation includes a sweeping 120-mph speedometer and gauges for the fuel level and coolant temperature. The five-digit mechanical odometer reads 72,935 miles, although the true mileage on the chassis is unknown.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
The 289cid V8 has been upgraded with a K&N air cleaner. Power is transferred to the rear wheels via a floor-shifted four-speed manual transmission.

We have no additional documentation to show any work being performed to this engine. Appears to be a pretty standard 289 Mustang, but runs very well as you can hear in the video.
