OVERVIEW
This 1963 Chevrolet Biscayne 2-Door Sedan received updates to the exterior, interior, engine, brakes, and suspension within the last two years and is powered by a 283cid V8 mated to a three-speed manual transmission. Features include whitewall tires, a radio, and a dual exhaust system. Finished in black over a tan cloth and vinyl interior, this third-generation Biscayne is now offered with a clear title in the seller’s name.
EXTERIOR – FEATURES
The exterior is said to be rust-free and is currently receiving a new black paint job. Features include chrome bumpers, an antenna, a driver-side mirror, quad taillights, and a Classic Industries dual exhaust system.
EXTERIOR – WHEELS AND TIRES
Black 14-inch steel wheels with hubcaps are wrapped in new whitewall radial tires.
INTERIOR – FEATURES
The two-tone interior has been refurbished and contains re-stuffed tan cloth and vinyl bench seats both front and rear, matching door panels, a new headliner, black front and rear seat belts, and new black carpeting. Features include manual steering, a radio, aluminum door sill trim, and manual-crank windows. The trunk tub and rear body mounts have been replaced.
INTERIOR – GAUGES
Instrumentation includes a 120-mph speedometer, a fuel gauge, and auxiliary under-dash gauges that show additional vehicle vitals. The five-digit mechanical odometer reads 20,946 miles, but the true mileage is unknown.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
The 283cid V8 went through work within the last two years that includes the replacement of the battery, battery tray, radiator hoses, heater hoses, water pump, fuel tank, sending unit, fuel pump, and fuel lines. The radiator has been re-cored and the fluids and lines have been replaced throughout. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a column-shifted three-speed manual transmission.
UNDERCARRIAGE
Within the last years, the braking system has been overhauled with new wheel and master cylinders, shoes, and brake lines. In addition, the shock absorbers have been replaced. The suspension received a front-end drag link assembly, Energy Suspension Parts control arm bushings, and an alignment.

I know what u mean, this is NOT a staller, engine is fine tuned, listen to the uploaded Vid. Heater/radio/lights and signal lights all work.
If you kept the car as a Sunday driver with the family, what should be fixed or improved? any fear of stalling at red lights? that is my biggest issue and fear with classic cars I have owned. Heater and radio work? thanks!
Ok straight from the horse’s mouth, “I had a 1973 Chevy 1/2 truck with a good 283 4 barrel, but I dressed it to your 1963 Chevy Car with original value covers, original intake manifold and original carburetor, so it’s a 2 barrel unit now with lots of power to spare!!”
