OVERVIEW
This 1956 Studebaker Flight Hawk is powered by a ZZ4 350cid V8 crate engine backed by a TH350 three-speed automatic transmission. Features include a 1953 Studebaker front clip, a power antenna, a power trunk lid, custom taillights, power steering, an AM/FM/cassette stereo with a Blaupunkt 120-watt amplifier and a 12-disc CD changer, and power front disc brakes. Finished in red over a gray cloth interior, this Studebaker comes from the selling dealer with a clear title.
EXTERIOR – FEATURES
The reportedly rust-free red exterior features chrome bumpers, a 1953 Studebaker front sheet metal swap, manual cowl vents, a shaved power-actuated trunk lid, and custom taillights. A walk-around video can be seen below.
EXTERIOR - WHEELS AND TIRES
A set of 18-inch Ridler wheels is wrapped in 255/45R18 Velozza radial tires.
INTERIOR – FEATURES
The cabin is furnished with bucket seats and a matching rear seat upholstered in gray cloth and surrounded by gray cloth door panels and trim. Features include manual windows, power steering, a steering column-mounted automatic transmission shifter, and an AM/FM/cassette stereo with a trunk-mounted Blaupunkt 120-watt amplifier with a CD changer.
INTERIOR – GAUGES
A 120-mph speedometer, an 8,000-rpm tachometer, and gauges for the fuel level, coolant temperature, amps, and other systems are located ahead of the driver. The odometer reads 91,110 miles, but the true mileage on this vehicle is unknown.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
Power is provided by a ZZ4 350cid V8 crate engine and backed by a TH350 three-speed automatic transmission. Engine bay features include aluminum valve covers, aluminum heads, an aluminum intake manifold, an Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor, and an oval air cleaner housing.
UNDERCARRIAGE
This Studebaker is equipped with an independent front suspension and a Ford nine-inch rear end. Braking is provided by power front discs and rear drums. A dual exhaust system exits at the rear.

They are functional. The owner doesn’t take this car out in the rain so he won’t put the wipers on.
