OVERVIEW
This 1932 Ford "Highboy" roadster was reportedly built by Dick Grace with $4,000 hand-bent custom bumpers, a Dan Fink grille, and a fiberglass Wescott body. It is powered by a Chevrolet small-block 406cid V8 equipped with an Edelbrock electronic fuel injection system and backed by a Doug Nash five-speed manual transmission. Features include capped lake pipes, a Champion gauge panel, a set of Moon gauges, a drilled chrome Pete & Jakes I-beam front axle, and a Halibrand quick-change rear axle. Finished in yellow with orange flame accents over a tan vinyl interior, this Ford comes from the selling dealer with a clear title.
EXTERIOR – FEATURES
The reproduction Wescott 1932 Ford fiberglass body and exterior parts have been finished in yellow with orange flame graphics. Features include hand-bent custom chrome bumpers that reportedly cost $4,000.00, a polished stainless steel Dan Fink grille, chrome mirror caps, a chrome roadster windshield frame, a chrome roll bar, a flip-up LeMans fuel cap, a hinged trunk lid, and custom teardrop taillights. A walk-around video can be seen below.
EXTERIOR - WHEELS AND TIRES
A set of polished aluminum Halibrand-style spoked front and slotted rear wheels are wrapped in radial tires.
INTERIOR – FEATURES
The cabin is fitted with a custom bench seat and door panels upholstered in tan vinyl. Features include manual steering, a polished steering column, a floor-mounted manual transmission shifter, a polished aluminum sprint car steering wheel with a tan rim, a custom under-dash storage area, tan carpeting, and a body-color dashboard with custom pinstriping. An Optima Redtop battery and the fuel tank are located ahead of a custom panel at the front of the matching upholstered trunk area.
INTERIOR – GAUGES
A set of Moon gauges that include a 120-mph speedometer and readouts for the fuel level, coolant temperature, oil pressure, and voltage are located in a polished finned aluminum Champion panel. A Moon 8,000-rpm tachometer is mounted on the steering column. The odometer reads 5,783 miles, but the true mileage on this vehicle is unknown.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
Power is provided by a Chevrolet small-block 350cid V8 that was bored out to 406cid. That comes equipped with an Edelbrock electronic fuel injection system and a Doug Nash five-speed manual transmission. Engine bay features include polished aluminum valve covers, a custom air intake tube, a chrome alternator, and ceramic-coated block-hugger headers.
UNDERCARRIAGE
The body-color aftermarket chassis has been modified to accept a chrome drilled Pete & Jakes I-beam front axle mounted with a chrome four-bar setup and a solid Halibrand quick-change rear axle mounted with a chrome four-bar arrangement. Braking is provided by manual front discs and rear drums.

The paint doesn’t match from lh to rh side as if it’s been repaired at some point. From edge of grill dr side towards and down dr side hood edge. The passenger side is much better as far as blend goes. Are there any close ups to determine quality of repair area?
