1971 FORD MUSTANG BOSS 351 4-SPEED

OVERVIEW

This 1971 Ford Mustang Boss 351 is equipped with an R-code 351cid V8 and a four-speed manual transmission, both of which are reportedly numbers-matching. Ahead of the driver, the dashboard houses a 120-mph speedometer, an 8,000-rpm tachometer, and gauges for the fuel level, oil pressure, alternator status, and coolant temperature. The odometer shows 76,068 miles, which the selling dealer reports to be accurate.

Power is sourced from a reportedly numbers-matching R-code 351cid V8 and backed by a reportedly numbers-matching four-speed manual transmission. Engine bay components include finned aluminum valve covers, an Edelbrock aluminum intake manifold, and a Ram Air air cleaner assembly. A safety inspection was recently conducted.

UNDERCARRIAGE

Braking is performed by power front disc brakes and rear drum brakes. A dual exhaust system exits at the rear. The selling dealer confirms the replacement of the front suspension bushings, tie rods, and front shocks.
