OVERVIEW
This 1980 GMC K2500 Wideside 4X4 received a frame-off restoration in 2017 and has recently been equipped with new brakes, a new fuel tank, and new exhaust hardware. It is powered by a 350cid V8 backed by a TH350 three-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case. Features include a spray-in bedliner, power steering, and power front disc brakes. Finished in a blue and white two-tone over a blue cloth and vinyl interior, this GMC comes from the selling dealer with an owner's manual and a clear title.
EXTERIOR – FEATURES
During the restoration completed six years ago, the body was finished in a blue and white two-tone. Features include a chrome front bumper with bumper guards, bright two-tone trim, dual rearview mirrors, a long Wideside pickup bed, a spray-in bedliner, tailgate trim, and a silver rear bumper. The dealer notes that although this truck has two fuel doors, it has only one gas tank. A walk-around video can be seen below.
EXTERIOR - WHEELS AND TIRES
A set of 16-inch white steel wheels with GMC dog dish hubcaps is wrapped in 265/70R16 Hankook Dynapro radial tires.
INTERIOR – FEATURES
The cabin is furnished with a blue cloth and vinyl bench seat surrounded by blue vinyl door panels and trim. Features include manual windows, power steering, a column-mounted automatic transmission shifter, a floor-mounted transfer case shifter, and an AM/FM radio.
INTERIOR – GAUGES
An 85-mph speedometer, a fuel gauge, and auxiliary instruments are located ahead of the driver. The odometer reads 83,681 miles, but the true mileage on this vehicle is unknown.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
Power is provided by a 350cid V8 and backed by a TH350 three-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case.
UNDERCARRIAGE
This GMC is equipped with a new fuel tank and a new rear U-joint. Braking is provided by new power front discs and rear drums. The new dual exhaust system exits behind the rear tires.
