ONE-OWNER 1976 CADILLAC ELDORADO CONVERTIBLE

OVERVIEW

This one-owner 1976 Cadillac Eldorado convertible is powered by a 500cid V8 backed by a three-speed automatic transaxle. The selling dealer states that the original pinstriping is intact and the original paint and the top have some small blemishes, which can be seen in the photos to the right.

EXTERIOR - WHEELS AND TIRES

A set of black 15-inch steel wheels with full hubcaps is wrapped in P235/75 whitewall radial tires. The selling dealer states that the tires are over 10 years old. 

INTERIOR – FEATURES

The cabin is furnished with White leather front seats and a matching rear seat surrounded by white door panels and blue trim. Features include power windows and steering, a power driver’s seat, cruise control, a tilt and telescoping steering column-mounted automatic transmission shifter, a CB radio, air conditioning, and woodgrain accents.

INTERIOR – GAUGES

A 100-mph speedometer and a fuel gauge are mounted ahead of the driver. The odometer reads 68,643 miles, which the dealer states is the original mileage.

ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION

Power is provided by a 500cid V8 and backed by a three-speed automatic transaxle. The selling dealer states that a new fuel pump and lines were installed in November 2023 and a new battery was installed in August 2023. They also note that the car has not been driven often in the last 10 years and that the power steering pump is leaking and the brake pedal is soft.

UNDERCARRIAGE

This Cadillac was factory-equipped with front-wheel drive and a solid rear axle. Braking is provided by power discs. The exhaust system exits at the rear.
