OVERVIEW
This 1932 Ford three-window coupe received a frame-off rotisserie restoration within the last year. It is powered by an 8BA 255cid flathead V8 backed by a Toploader three-speed manual transmission. Features include a tilt-out windshield, 12-volt wiring, woodgrain interior trim, dual Stromberg carburetors, Fenton tube headers, a dropped I-beam front axle, and hydraulic drum brakes. Finished in black over a tan cloth interior, this Ford comes with a clear title.
EXTERIOR – FEATURES
During the frame-off rotisserie restoration, the reportedly rust-free body was finished in black. Features include chrome bumpers, a chrome dropped headlight bar, a four-piece hood, cowl lamps, dual rearview mirrors, rubber running boards, a black vinyl roof insert, a hinged trunk lid, and dual taillights.
EXTERIOR - WHEELS AND TIRES
A set of gray 15-inch wire wheels is wrapped in 165/80 front and 235/75 rear Toyo radial tires that were installed in 2021.
INTERIOR – FEATURES
The cabin is furnished with a bench seat upholstered in tan cloth, surrounded by tan cloth door panels and trim. Features include manual windows and steering, a banjo steering wheel, a floor-mounted manual transmission shifter, woodgrain dashboard and window reveal trim, a rear window shade, and multi-piece tan loop carpeting. The trunk area is fully upholstered to match the cabin.
INTERIOR – GAUGES
A 160-mph speedometer and gauges for the fuel level and coolant temperature are located ahead of the driver. The odometer reads 1,074 miles, but the true mileage on this vehicle is unknown.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
Power is provided by a custom-built 8BA 255cid flathead V8 and backed by a Toploader three-speed manual transmission. According to the seller, the engine produces 170 horsepower. Engine bay features include Offenhauser aluminum heads, a polished aluminum Offenhauser intake manifold, dual Stromberg carburetors, polished aluminum water pumps, and Fenton tube exhaust headers. The seller states that a full service was completed in late 2023.
UNDERCARRIAGE
The chassis has been modified to accept a dropped I-beam solid front axle and a nine-inch Ford rear drive axle. Braking is provided by manual hydraulic drums. A dual exhaust system exits at the rear.

@dls – Could it be driven with trouble free confidence back to the west coast? ...
As far as going anywhere you want to go with no issues, I would have the upmost confidence in the car. It would be hard for me to do it simply because the car is so nice I would be too worried. And yes I know that's kinda stupid.

Good evening. I just wanted to take a minute and thank everyone for your interest in my 32. I want to give a brief history of the car as well. This 32 was purchased at a dealer in the bay area and spent its entire life in Northern California. The man that built this car has built many 32s over his life. This was his last build before he passed away and he only got to take it to a handful of shows before he got sick. I am good friends with two of his closest friends which is how I ended up with the car. That is also how I got all of the history I have gathered. According to them as well as all the pictures I have it is obvious he started with a very rust-free original car. It was stripped to bare metal and given a total nut and bolt rotisserie restoration. The 8BA flathead was built by H&H flatheads out of California. It drives down the road at 65 with 60psi oil pressure at 175 degrees. There is absolutely nothing on this car you can pick. The paint is as close to perfect as possible, and the interior is flawless. As the pictures show the motor compartment and underneath the car is just as nice. In closing, thank you again for your interest and if someone ends up with the car at close of auction I can help with transportation as well as keep it stored as long as needed till pickup. (I have a really good guy that is very dependable and reasonable) Thanks, Monte
