OVERVIEW
This 1972 Ford F-100 has received fresh paint, new wheels and 35-inch Cooper tires, new upholstery, and a replacement dashboard pad. It is powered by a 360cid V8 backed by a four-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case. Features include a bedside toolbox, a Pioneer AM/FM/CD stereo, a suspension lift, and power brakes. Finished in candy apple red and white over a black vinyl and red houndstooth cloth interior, this F-100 comes from the selling dealer with a clear title.
EXTERIOR – FEATURES
The reportedly rust-free body has been refinished in candy apple red and white. Features include chrome bumpers, a fender-mounted antenna, dual rearview mirrors, a sliding rear window, a long bed with cargo hooks and a locking passenger-side toolbox, a black bed liner, tailgate trim, and mud flaps. EXTERIOR - WHEELS AND TIRES
A set of new aluminum wheels with manual locking front hubs is wrapped in new 35” x 12.50” Cooper Evolution M/T radial tires.
INTERIOR – FEATURES
The cab has been updated with a new black dash cap, new black vinyl and red houndstooth cloth upholstery on the bench seat, and new black carpeting. Features include manual windows and steering, floor-mounted manual transmission and transfer case shifters, and a Pioneer AM/FM/CD stereo with door-mounted speakers.
INTERIOR – GAUGES
A 100-mph speedometer and gauges for the fuel level, coolant temperature, oil pressure, and voltage are located ahead of the driver. The odometer reads 52,769 miles, but the true mileage on this vehicle is unknown.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
Power is provided by a 360cid V8 and backed by a four-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case. Engine bay features include finned aluminum Weiand valve covers, an aluminum intake manifold, a chrome air cleaner housing, and tube exhaust headers.
UNDERCARRIAGE
This F-100 was factory-equipped with a solid front axle, a solid rear axle, and part-time four-wheel drive. Braking is provided by power drums. A dual exhaust system exits behind the rear tires.
