This 1986 Jaguar XJ6 is an original low-mileage sedan in Cirrus Gray over a Biscuit leather interior that is said to have been consistently garaged over its lifetime. It features a rust-free body, woodgrain-lined interior, and power-operated factory sunroof. This Series III XJ6 is powered by a 4.2-liter inline-six paired with a 3-speed automatic transmission. Located in Topsham, Maine, this XJ6 is offered with a CARFAX report and a clear Maine title in the seller’s name.
The car is painted Cirrus Gray which is offset by black bumpers front and rear as well as chrome trim for the quad headlight surrounds, grille, hood ornament, window trim, and sideview mirrors. The seller indicates that the body is free of rust. There are polished dual exhaust outlets exiting under each corner of the rear bumper, and the car has a power-operated sunroof.
Factory 15” alloy wheels have 215-section tires mounted on them. The braking system is comprised of four-wheel discs.
The interior is fitted with Biscuit upholstery on the leather bucket seats with a matching center console and door panels. The car is equipped with power windows, a power sunroof, cruise control, and automatic climate control. The dash and door panels are accented in woodgrain trim that is free of cracks or peeling according to the seller. The stereo system is the factory-original AM/FM/cassette deck unit in the center stack.
Instrumentation is framed by a black two-spoke steering wheel and includes a 140-mph speedometer, a 5,500-rpm tachometer, and accompanying gauges for fuel level, coolant temperature, oil pressure, and voltage. The six-digit mechanical odometer reads 82k miles, which are original according to the seller.
The 4.2-liter inline-six is believed to be original original to the vehicle. Power is transferred to the rear wheels via a 3-speed Borg-Warner automatic transmission and a console-mounted shift lever.

@AutoHunter_Info – @JVigeant75 Translation: Hello, I am from Israel. Is the car clean and can it be transferred to Israel without any problems, and is it possible to repair the leak for a fee? Thank you, Itzik ...
The car is clean, I am sure you would have no issues transporting. My mechanic told me it would cost about $800 to replace the valve cover gaskets and the drive belts.
@Itsik234 – שלום אני מישראל האם הקארפס נקי ואפשר להעבירה לישראל ללא בעיות והאם אפשר תמורת תשלום לתקן את הנזילה תודה איציק ...

Hi , Has it been repainted or had any Paint Work ?
This was my first Jaguar. Great car, but had to rebuilt transmission twice. The 4-speed auto on my XJS has over 200k on it.
@Retread1163 – Engine and transmission both I'm excellent condition? Thanks ...
Yes both are in good condition. My mechanic suggested changing the valve cover gaskets and the belts this summer as regular maintenance.
