OVERVIEW
This recently restored 1966 Ford F-100 is powered by a 352cid V8 backed by a manual three-speed transmission. Features include a tonneau cover, a Blaupunkt AM/FM stereo, power steering, and power front disc brakes. Finished in light yellow and white over a black vinyl and cloth interior, this F-100 comes from the selling dealer with an owner’s manual and a clear title.
EXTERIOR – FEATURES
The reportedly rust-free body was finished in white and light yellow during the recent restoration under previous ownership. Features include chrome bumpers and grille, dual rearview mirrors, a cab-mounted fuel tank, and a long Styleside bed with a locking fuel door, a spray-in bedliner, and a black tonneau cover.
EXTERIOR - WHEELS AND TIRES
A set of 15-inch chrome wheels with chrome center caps is wrapped in radial tires.
INTERIOR – FEATURES
The cabin is furnished with a black vinyl and cloth bench seat surrounded by black vinyl door panels and cream trim. Features include manual windows, power steering, a floor-mounted three-speed manual shifter, a three-spoke Grant steering wheel with a wood rim, and a Blaupunkt AM/FM stereo with door-mounted Pioneer speakers.
INTERIOR – GAUGES
A 100-mph speedometer and gauges for the fuel level, coolant temperature, and other systems are located ahead of the driver. An 8,000-rpm tachometer is mounted to the steering column. The odometer reads 10 miles, but the true mileage on this vehicle is unknown.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
Power is provided by a 352cid V8 and backed by a three-speed manual transmission. Engine bay features include chrome valve covers and a chrome air cleaner. A safety inspection was recently completed.
UNDERCARRIAGE
This F-100 was factory-equipped with a Twin-I-Beam front suspension and a solid rear drive axle. Stopping is performed by power front discs and rear drums. The exhaust exits behind the rear passenger-side tire.
