OVERVIEW
This 1969 Pontiac GTO convertible has been with the current owner for eight years. It comes equipped with its reportedly original, numbers-matching 400cid V8 and Turbo Hydra-matic three-speed automatic transmission. Features include power steering, power front disc brakes, an Endura nose with hideaway headlights, bucket seats, and a center console. Finished in Cameo White and equipped with a black power top over a black vinyl interior, this GTO comes on consignment from the selling dealer with Pontiac Historic Services (PHS) documentation and a clear title.
EXTERIOR – FEATURES
The body was refinished in the original color of Cameo White (code 50) under previous ownership. Features include a color-keyed Endura front bumper, hideaway headlights, hood scoops, a fender-mounted antenna, a driver-side mirror, wheel opening and rocker moldings, and a power black convertible top. The selling dealer states that there is some cracking on the Endura nose, which can be seen in the video below.
EXTERIOR - WHEELS AND TIRES
A set of 14-inch Pontiac Rally II wheels with bright center caps and trim rings is wrapped in 225/70R14 radial tires.
INTERIOR – FEATURES
The factory front bucket seats, rear seat, and trim are upholstered in black vinyl (code 258). Features include manual windows, power steering, a center console-mounted automatic transmission shifter, an AM radio, and woodgrain accents.
INTERIOR – GAUGES
According to the selling dealer, the odometer reads 18,208 miles. The true mileage on this vehicle is unknown.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
Power is provided by the original four-barrel 400cid V8 and backed by the original Turbo Hydra-matic three-speed automatic transmission, according to the selling dealer. The PHS documentation shows this car came from the factory with 350 horsepower and a 3.55:1 rear end. Engine bay features include chrome valve covers and a chrome air cleaner lid. An oil change was recently completed.
UNDERCARRIAGE
This GTO was factory-equipped with an independent front suspension and a solid rear drive axle. Braking is provided by power front discs and rear drums. A dual exhaust system exits at the rear.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
This Pontiac was previously featured on AutoHunter, but is now being re-listed at a lower reserve price. The selling dealer will include PHS documentation as part of the sale.

@bnadricz – Can I get pics or a video of any major imperfections? I read cracks in the nose but could not find the video to watch as it mentions? Where is the car orininally from? What states has it been registered in? ...
Here is a picture of the close up on the nose where the flex has caused cracking, its about 2 inches wide and isn't noticeable from three feet, and one small chip on the lower section of the door. Car is registered and titled in NH.
@Dogandsuds – Sir, has the car maintain the original paint? If not a repaint is there much bondo? And what I can see from the picture the car does not contain a tachometer inside the dashboard? Is the video only available on a computer? It doesn’t come up on my Apple I-phone . Thank you… very nice car! ...
It is not the original paint, and no there is not bondo, the paint has also been covered with a paint protection film. The video is on YouTube and can be viewed from any internet capable device. Try copying it to your browser directly.
