OVERVIEW

EXTERIOR - WHEELS AND TIRES

A set of white 14-inch steel wheels with full hubcaps is wrapped in 6.70-14 whitewall bias-ply tires.

INTERIOR – FEATURES

Originally equipped with Raven Black and Colonial White vinyl (code XA), the cabin is now furnished with a white vinyl bench seat surrounded by white vinyl door panels and a matching dashboard and trim. Features include manual steering and windows and a floor-mounted automatic transmission shifter. New parts installed within the last six months include the 12-volt wiring, seat cover, carpeting, AM/FM/cassette radio, and trunk mat.

INTERIOR – GAUGES

A 140-mph speedometer, 5,000-rpm tachometer, clock, and gauges for the fuel level and coolant temperature are located ahead of the driver. With 100 miles added during the seller's two-year ownership, the odometer reads 34,421 miles, but the true mileage on this vehicle is unknown.

ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION

Power is provided by a 312cid V8 and backed by a three-speed automatic transmission. Engine bay features include finned aluminum valve covers and a chrome air cleaner housing. A new radiator, coolant hoses, and brake master cylinder have been installed within the last six months. In addition, the carburetor has been rebuilt. All fluids were recently replaced. UNDERCARRIAGE

This Thunderbird was factory-equipped with an independent front suspension and a solid rear drive axle. Braking is provided by manual four-wheel drums.
