1986 CHEVROLET C10

OVERVIEW

This nicely restored 1986 Chevrolet ShortBox C10 is powered by a 350ci V8 backed by a three-speed turbo 350 automatic transmission. Features include air conditioning, power steering, 4-wheel power disc brakes, power windows and locks, a tilt steering column, an AM/FM radio, and a spray-in bedliner, a tonneau cover, and dual exhaust. The truck is finished in a beautiful blue with a black cloth and vinyl interior, this C10 comes from the selling dealer with receipts, a clean CARFAX report, and a clear title.

EXTERIOR – FEATURES

Previous owner stated the restoration was performed within the last 4-5 years and started with a reportedly rust-free body. Features include beautiful Blue paint, chrome bumpers, a black grille insert, dual rearview mirrors, short box, dual fuel tanks, soft tonneau cover, spray-in bedliner, and wheel opening moldings. EXTERIOR - WHEELS AND TIRES

A brand new set of 20-inch Halibrand Sprint aluminum wheels wrapped in new tires were installed within the last 100 miles.

INTERIOR – FEATURES

Inside the cab has also been redone and has a black cloth bench seat, black door panels and black carpet. Additional features include Vintage Air air conditioning, power windows and locks, a tilt steering column, an aftermarket AM/FM stereo. The original 85-mph speedometer and gauges for the fuel level, coolant temperature, oil pressure, and voltage are located ahead of the driver. An 8,000-rpm tachometer and an additional set of three aftermarket gauges are located under the dashboard. The odometer reads 10,424 miles, but the true mileage on this vehicle is unknown. The last reported mileage of 10,424 was logged on the CARFAX report in October 2023; the report also shows a Potential Odometer Rollover in June 2022.

INTERIOR – GAUGES

An 85-mph speedometer and gauges for the fuel level, coolant temperature, oil pressure, and voltage are located ahead of the driver. ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION

Power is provided by a healthy 350cid V8 and backed by a turbo 350 three-speed automatic transmission. Engine bay features include polished finned aluminum valve covers, a polished aluminum intake manifold, an Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor, a polished aluminum air cleaner, MSD ignition system, a complete Karl Kustoms polished aluminum serpentine belt engine accessory drive system, and a new aluminum radiator.

UNDERCARRIAGE

Underneath the truck you will find, a new driveshaft, and a new Quick Performance nine-inch rear end with a limited-slip differential and 4.11:1 gears. Calvert Racing CalTracs traction bars have also been installed. Braking is provided by power discs on all 4 corners. A nicely done 2 1/2 inch dual exhaust system exits at the rear. An oil change and vehicle inspection were recently completed, and the truck runs and drives great.

The CARFAX report starts in August 1988 and shows an accident-free history with ownership in Kansas, Oklahoma, Minnesota, and Iowa. Receipts will come with the purchase of the truck.
