OVERVIEW
This restored 1969 Chevrolet Nova is powered by a Steve Morris Engines-built Dart Little "M" 406cid V8 equipped with a Vortech supercharger and backed by a Rossler Transmissions-built Terminator 2 TH400 three-speed automatic transmission with a trans brake. Features include a cowl-induction hood, Corbeau bucket seats, a tilt steering column, power front disc brakes, and a spool rear end. Finished in red over a black cloth and vinyl interior, this Nova comes from the selling dealer with a clear title.
EXTERIOR – FEATURES
The reportedly rust-free body is finished in red. Features include chrome bumpers, a cowl-induction hood, and a black rear body panel with an SS emblem. A walk-around video can be seen below.
EXTERIOR - WHEELS AND TIRES
A set of 17-inch front and 15-inch rear Weld aluminum wheels with black accents is wrapped in 27" x 6.00" and 275/60 Mickey Thompson tires, respectively.
INTERIOR – FEATURES
The cabin is furnished with black cloth and vinyl Corbeau bucket seats and a black cloth rear seat surrounded by black vinyl door panels and black cloth trim. Features include manual windows and steering, a tilt steering column, a floor-mounted automatic transmission shifter, and red Corbeau harnesses.
INTERIOR – GAUGES
A 9,000-rpm tachometer and other instruments are located ahead of the driver. The odometer reads 14,757 miles, but the true mileage on this vehicle is unknown.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
Power is provided by a Steve Morris Engines-built Dart Little "M" 406cid V8 equipped with a Vortech V-7 YSi supercharger and backed by a Rossler Transmissions-built Terminator 2 TH400 three-speed automatic transmission with a trans brake. Engine bay features include black valve covers, an aluminum intake manifold, an electronic ignition, a custom air intake tube, and a Be Cool aluminum radiator.
UNDERCARRIAGE
This Nova was factory-equipped with an independent front suspension and a solid rear drive axle. Braking is provided by power front discs and rear drums. A dual exhaust system with Borla mufflers exits ahead of the Moser Engineering 12-bolt differential, which is equipped with 33-spline axles, 4.11:1 gears, and a full spool.
