EXTERIOR – FEATURES
The reportedly rust-free body was finished in matte military green in 2020. Features include black tube bumpers, LED projector headlights, a folding windshield, dual rearview mirrors, rear air scoops, a black roll bar, an aluminum roll bar roof insert with a luggage rack and a spare tire, and flat European-style taillights.
EXTERIOR - WHEELS AND TIRES
A set of 14-inch black steel wheels with smooth chrome hub caps is wrapped in BFGoodrich radial tires that were installed in 2019. The seller states the tires have 80 to 100 percent of their tread remaining.

The cabin is furnished with aftermarket black leather front bucket seats and a matching aftermarket rear seat surrounded by matte black trim. Features include manual steering, a floor-mounted manual transmission shifter with a reverse lock-out, a digital AM/FM/Bluetooth radio with updated speakers, and seat belts.
INTERIOR – GAUGES
A 100-mph speedometer and a fuel gauge are located ahead of the driver. The odometer reads 77,028 miles, which the seller reports to be accurate.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
Power is provided by a 1,600cc flat-four and backed by a four-speed manual transmission. A new carburetor was installed in March 2023. Videos of the vehicle starting, running, and driving can be seen below.
UNDERCARRIAGE
This was factory-equipped with a four-wheel independent suspension and a rear drive transaxle. Braking is provided by front discs and rear drums. The seller states that the suspension has been updated with Fox shocks. The custom dual exhaust system exits at the rear.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
The seller will include drop-in side curtains, a side curtain storage bag, a first aid-themed ammunition box for paperwork storage, and a windshield washer bottle kit as part of the sale.

@oneprw – How long have you owned the Thing? Documented service history? When will the valves last adjusted? At least in the videos the valve clatter is considerable. ...
Hello. We’ve had the vehicle around 2 years, hardly driven, always covered. The vehicle has been consistently serviced at Paradise Motorsports locally near where we live, ask for Scott. Any records would be through them. The vehicle was serviced last year when the carburetor and all else passed ok.
