OVERVIEW
This 1974 Triumph TR6 roadster received a cosmetic and mechanical restoration under previous ownership more than 10 years ago. It is powered by a 2.5-liter I6 backed by a four-speed manual transmission with overdrive. Features include a luggage rack, 16-inch Panasport wheels, a roll bar, a Mountney steering wheel, a vintage-look AM/FM radio, and power front disc brakes. Finished in British Racing Green and equipped with a tan canvas convertible top over a tan vinyl interior, this Triumph comes from the selling dealer with a convertible top boot and a clear title.
EXTERIOR – FEATURES
Originally finished in French Blue (code 126), the body was repainted British Racing Green more than a decade ago. Features include chrome bumpers, dual rearview mirrors, a manual tan canvas convertible top with plastic rear windows, rocker trim, and a chrome luggage rack. A walk-around video can be seen below.
EXTERIOR - WHEELS AND TIRES
A set of 16-inch eight-spoke Panasport aluminum wheels is wrapped in Michelin radial tires.
INTERIOR – FEATURES
The cabin is furnished with tan vinyl bucket seats surrounded by tan vinyl door panels and trim. Features include manual windows and steering, a Mountney steering wheel, a vintage-look AM/FM radio, a floor-mounted manual transmission shifter, and woodgrain dashboard inserts. The selling dealer states that all lights and gauges are in working order.
INTERIOR – GAUGES
A 140-mph speedometer, a 7,000-rpm tachometer, and gauges for the fuel level, coolant temperature, oil pressure, and voltage are located ahead of the driver. The odometer reads 10,986 miles, but the true mileage on this vehicle is unknown.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
Power is provided by a restored and reportedly original 2.5-liter I6 and backed by a restored four-speed manual transmission with overdrive. Engine bay features include a finned aluminum TriumphTune valve cover, dual SU carburetors, and an electronic ignition.
UNDERCARRIAGE
This Triumph was factory-equipped with a four-wheel independent suspension and a rear drive axle. Braking is provided by power front discs and rear drums. A dual exhaust system exits at the rear. The selling dealer states that surface rust is present on the bottom of the frame.

@thetorch – Photos show what appears to be a mis-alignment of the body panels where the right front fender come together. Is this really the case ? What is the actual mileage for this vehicle ? Can you provide the VIN number please. ...
The hood could do with getting adjusted down a little on the corner. Unsure of actual mileage. Being a five digit odometer it is difficult to determine without receipts from day one, etc. Vin is in the photos.

We never did a compression test as the car is running without any issues. I have no problem doing one but it wouldn't be able to be done until Tuesday.
