468-POWERED 1967 CHEVROLET CAMARO RS/SS 350 CONVERTIBLE 5-SPEED

OVERVIEW

This restored 1967 Chevrolet Camaro RS/SS 350 convertible is powered by a 468cid big-block V8 backed by a TREMEC five-speed manual transmission. Features include an RS grille, a cowl-induction hood, a rear spoiler, LED taillights, power steering, a tilt steering column, and power disc brakes. Finished in blue metallic and equipped with a power white convertible top over a parchment vinyl interior, this Camaro comes from the selling dealer with a clear title.

EXTERIOR – FEATURES

Originally finished in Marina Blue and equipped with a white convertible top (code F-1), the body was repainted blue metallic. Features include chrome bumpers, an RS hideaway-headlight grille with an electric actuator conversion, a white SS nose stripe, a cowl-induction hood, a driver-side rearview mirror, a power white convertible top, LED RS taillights, RS reverse lights, and a rear spoiler. EXTERIOR - WHEELS AND TIRES

A set of 16-inch front and 17-inch rear Billet Specialties polished aluminum wheels is wrapped in 225/55 front and 255/50 rear Fuzion ZRi radial tires.

INTERIOR – FEATURES

Originally furnished with Parchment bucket seats with factory headrests (code 797-Y), the cabin now has parchment vinyl front bucket seats without headrests and a matching rear seat surrounded by parchment vinyl door panels and trim. Features include manual windows, power steering, a tilt steering column, a sport steering wheel with a wood rim, and a center console-mounted Hurst manual transmission shifter with a polished billet aluminum knob.

INTERIOR – GAUGES

A 120-mph speedometer and a 7,000-rpm tachometer are located ahead of the driver. A clock and readouts for the fuel level, coolant temperature, oil pressure, and battery are mounted at the front of the center console. The odometer reads 8,965 miles, but the true mileage on this vehicle is unknown.

ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION

Originally equipped with a 350cid V8 backed by a four-speed manual transmission, this Camaro now has a 468cid big-block V8 connected to a TREMEC TKO five-speed manual gearbox. Engine bay features include aluminum heads, black aluminum valve covers, an aluminum intake manifold, a Holley Street Avenger 770cfm four-barrel carburetor, a black air cleaner housing, ceramic-coated tube exhaust headers, an electronic ignition, a serpentine belt engine accessory drive system, a polished aluminum radiator, dual electric fans, and polished billet aluminum hood hinges.

UNDERCARRIAGE

This Camaro is equipped with an independent front suspension with tubular control arms and a 12-bolt solid rear drive axle. Subframe connectors, traction bars, and adjustable coilovers have been installed. Braking is provided by power discs. A dual exhaust system with MagnaFlow mufflers exits at the rear.
