OVERVIEW
This 1964 Chevrolet Corvair Monza 900 convertible is powered by an air-cooled 164cid flat-six mated to a two-speed automatic transaxle. Features include new whitewall tires, bucket seats, and an AM radio. Finished in copper and equipped with a new white vinyl convertible top over a white vinyl interior, this Corvair comes with a white convertible top boot and a clear title.
EXTERIOR – FEATURES
Originally finished in Saddle Tan (code 932), the body was repainted copper under previous ownership. Features include chrome bumpers, fuel door trim, rocker and wheel well moldings, dual rearview mirrors, and a new white convertible top. There is slight bubbling present on the driver-side quarter panel. A walk-around video can be seen below.
EXTERIOR - WHEELS AND TIRES
A set of 13-inch black steel wheels with full hubcaps is wrapped in new 155/80 Tornel Classic whitewall radial tires.
INTERIOR – FEATURES
Once furnished with Fawn upholstery (code 758), the cabin now has white vinyl front bucket seats and a matching rear seat surrounded by white vinyl door panels and trim. Features include manual windows and steering, a dashboard-mounted automatic transmission shifter, and an inoperative AM radio.
INTERIOR – GAUGES
A 100-mph speedometer and a fuel gauge are located ahead of the driver. The odometer reads 15,926 miles, but the true mileage on this vehicle is unknown.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
Power is provided by an air-cooled 164cid flat-six mated to a two-speed automatic transaxle. The seller states that both chokes were recently replaced on the dual carburetors and the oil and other fluids were replaced. A video of the engine starting and running can be seen below.
UNDERCARRIAGE
This Corvair was factory-equipped with a four-wheel independent suspension and a rear drive transaxle. Braking is provided by manual drums. The exhaust exits at the rear through a single outlet. A video of the undercarriage can be seen below.

That’s all. Heat channel etc all is good. No other rust.
