Unfortunately there is no real market value for the SN95 platform. They are undervalued in today's market even with build receipts. Especially since the Coyote platform which is totally the engine of replacement choice and the Godzilla is second on the rise. I built a ported teskid big bore monster 4v for my 98 GT Street/ Strip mustang and with all the suspension-drivetrain - fuel system changes and laptop Tuning I have 60k in receipts and will never see anywhere near the price of the build. You really have to love this platform to sink any money in these cars that few people want. Most consider them a flat ugly body style. Even my 96 Cobra holds little value with 20k of build receipts. The only platform that fetches any money is the factory stock Saleen SN95's and if you start to modify them they go down in value. I've owned both of my cars for 20 years and have watched the value of these cars squeak up a tad in value but no where near of what I have in them. I see these cars everyday for 4k to 6k and that's where they max out. One of the bigger auction companies may fetch a little more but everybody pays for that- the seller and the buyer. Don't get me wrong here I love both my cars and have built them both to my liking-one for the 1/4 mile and the other for the round de round but I know I will own them for as long as I live .
