@2ndeagle – Thought that may be the case, but it's good to hear the confirmation. Thank you for the timely response. ...
My pleasure.
@ClassicAutoApp – As it is normally with a lot of kit cars the build spanned many years with stalls and different shops completing portions of the work., for example the paint work. It's a new build in the fact that it has 160 miles, but the build has spanned a god amount of time, I'm sure some parts were purchased years before installation, unfortunately as the ad states it is on consignment and my knowledge is limited beyond what we have shared. ...

@2ndeagle – It's mentioned to be a new build, yet many components show age. Please advise on the history of the build. ...

@Scott1932 – Also can it be registered as a 1965 Factory Five Coupe? ...
I do not know how your state classifies kit cars or their processes.
@Scott1932 – Can this car be used on the highway & can I register it in Oregon Thanks Scott ...
Yes, this car runs great and would have no issues on the highway. Please see the comments below for registration, you should have no issues applying for registration and title in your state, but I do not know the rules for every state when it comes to applying for new titles and the inspection process.
