@Tucker442 – Just because you have a title, doesn’t mean that it’s DOT approved, where I live it’s got to have an emission controls to pass inspection, especially if it’s a 96 because that was the first year of OBD two. If it was titled to 95 it wouldn’t matter but 96 and up is a problem ...

The maximum speed on the speedometer is 120 km/h, but due to the limited size of our premises, we haven't tried driving at that speed.
