@ZoomClassicCars – Paint about 5 years ago. Truck is all steel and had a dent in the Hood. Owner instructed body shop to have the dent pulled but instead they just filled it in with Bondo. It was fine for first 4 years but over this Winter in cold storage it cracked. Owner doesn't know paint code. ...

Thank you for the quick response. A real shame it wasn’t done right on this cool ‘51. Sorry, one more thing. Is the tailgate fiberglass?

Engine seemed to run well when I took photos/video of the car. I can't comment on the quality of mountings at the moment but can visit the truck soon to check for you if interested. If the truck does not meet its reserve , you'll need to speak to AH reps to pursue purchase after the auction. Thanks.
