@69ZGuy – Looks cool love to own her! I'm assuming that the engine and trans are trans - plants? Do you the H. P. rating of the 327 and if this is a solid lifter motor? Looks like a 10 bolt rear, do you know the gears? Is there a oil leak? I see on the exhaust pipe looks like a bit of oil is burning off. ...

The current owner purchased the El Camino with the current motor and trans setup. He was not able to provide any build records/information on the internals…it is a solid lifter motor to the best of our knowledge and is not showing signs of leaking oil. The motor starts without any issue and does not burn smoke while running. We cannot tell you the exact gearing, but the 700R4 pulls like it has standard gearing. The current owner wanted a driver that was not too aggressive…the horsepower rating should be around the mid 300 mark, the truck pulls fine under load. Thank you for your comment!

Thank you all for stopping by to view our incredibly restored El Camino!!! Talk about an excellent running and driving car…this one really is ready to go. No surprises here! You’ll love the rumble of this car. It’s aggressive enough to put you back in your seat but mild enough to cruise around. One of the most beloved body styles of the El Camino with tasteful mods without losing that classic look. DO NOT HESITATE TO BID!!! We promise you will love this car!
