@LanceMotors – As per your request further photos of underside will be posted today, not sure of date of restoration but based on its present excellent condition my estimate would be that it was done not long ago as its appearance looks reasonably fresh not old and tired. as far as rust or bondo once again there is no apparent evidence of it, as its appearance is striking, please keep in mind the car is 65 years old so its possible there may have been some bondo or yet maybe not, but you would never know it. just to be extremely critical there are a few very small bubbles on the bottom of door, that are really not noticeable unless you really look for them, the previous owner said there were there for a long time and did not change in condition, some im sure, it does not have to be addressed as it will not get worse, and you almost cant see it anyway, most other sellers would not even mention it, but i am, just to be critical, and accurately descriptive, which is the proper way to be to any prospective buyer. Additionally as far as liquid leaks, there are no puddles of oil, trans fluid, or coolant, hope i have answered your questions as best as i can, thank you for your inquiry and for bidding on this car.,The reserve is very conservative and to ever succeeds in winning this car, will be very pleased, thanks once again ...
in addition to the question on leaks the car is 65 yrs old so its hard to say that it is perfectly dry underneath
Additional undercarriage images have been added to the end of the gallery.
@J-face – Hi yes very interested in this vehicle I was wondering if I could see some better pictures of the undercarriage up to the front engine part and when was this vehicle restored and does it have any rust or any Bondo in the body work in any leaks fluids ...
