This 2000 Chevrolet K2500 4x4 is a 3/4-ton, regular-cab pickup showing approximately 75k miles and fitted with a heavy-duty tow package with an electronic-shift transfer case, heavy-duty front springs, and a transmission cooler. Power is delivered by a 7.4-liter V8 paired with a 4-speed automatic transmission. The truck has resided in Arkansas since new in August 2000 and is finished in red over gray cloth. This K2500 Fleetside is now offered with a clean CARFAX report and a clear Arkansas title in the seller’s name.
The body retains its original red (74) paint with black molding, chrome bumpers, and factory-applied decals. Other exterior features include halogen headlamps with daytime running lights, aftermarket fog lamps, and a sliding rear window. The bed is coated with a spray-on bedliner and houses a black diamond-plate toolbox.
Factory 16” polished aluminum wheels with Chevrolet bowtie chrome center caps are wrapped in BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A tires. Power steering and anti-lock brakes were standard equipment. The CARFAX report documents that the tires were replaced, and an alignment was performed in 2014.
The interior is trimmed in gray with a cloth split-folding bench and matching door panels, headliner, and carpet. LS trim package features include dual electric mirrors, power windows, door locks, cruise control, air conditioning, a tilt steering column, and an upgraded AM/FM/CD factory stereo.
Instrumentation is framed by a leather-wrapped steering wheel and includes a 100-mph speedometer, a 6k tachometer, and gauges for fuel level, voltage, oil pressure, and coolant temperature. The 6-digit mechanical odometer shows under 75k miles, which are reported to be original to the vehicle.
The Vortec 7.4-liter SFI V8 is original to the pickup and came factory-equipped with a high-flow air cleaner. It is mated to a heavy-duty 4-speed automatic transmission with an auxiliary transmission cooling system and coupled with Insta-Trac 4-wheel drive. The truck is further equipped with a locking differential and an electronic-shift transfer case with a 4.10:1 rear axle.
Independent front suspension and heavy-duty front springs provide stability and ride quality under load. Additional photos showing the underside are available in the gallery.
The CARFAX report documents no evidence of accidents or damage on record. The sale includes an owner’s manual and the original window sticker showing an MSRP of $28,030.
