The car does have working windshield wipers, but the seller never puts them on or leaves them on. The exhaust doesn't leak due to the many layers inside the flex coupling. The drivetrain is out of a 2006 GTO, and both were freshened up. The mileage on the car is what it has been since it was built.

I was looking at the under chassis shots and I saw what looks to be a rip or gash in the flexible exhaust insert on the driver side. Can you tell me if there's an exhaust leak there?
