you are correct it is a M code 351 Windsor car - the builder upgraded this to a 351 Cleveland - see list of upgrades in our photo images

The Cleveland wasn't introduced until 1970. This looks like a 351 windsor. Do you know for sure. The Cleveland has staggered valves thus a wider head configuration.
