Soft top does not come with the car, just the hard top. It doesn't come with a hard top holder, but you can get those pretty cheap on eBay if you wanted one. Your questions was, "how bad is the leak?" What leak are you referring to?
If you checked the photos of the transmission and it has a 14 bolt trans pan in the same shape as a 3 speed Cruise-O-Matic. So you are correct, it is a 3 speed Cruise-O-Matic transmission.
It says 3 speed Fordomatic. I believe Fordomatic is 2 speed. 3 speed is called “Cruiseomatic.” Which is this car?
