Good morning! Thank you for your interest in the Vette! The mileage on the tires is about the same as the new drivetrain, 10k +/-, but they are somewhere north of 15 years old - ok for bombing around town but for road trips a new set would likely be in order. The original 454, 4spd, hood and radio are included, yes. The engine and trans are on a pallet, buyer's transporter would need a pallet jack in order to move them. The original hood is in the box that the L88 hood came in. Hope this info helps, good luck!
